About Dr. David Raass
Dr. Raass was born and raised in Detroit Michigan.
After high school he served in the U.S. Marine Corps Air Wing, including one tour in Vietnam.
His undergraduate education was at Wayne State University in Detroit,
then graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he
earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree.
Dr. Raass's postgraduate work includes the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxicourse in Comprehensive Implant Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Raass also did a fellowship in I.V. Sedation at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Raass has documented hundreds of hours of postgraduate training in Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Raass has been serving the needs of patients in Southwest Florida since 1981. He does all phases of restorative, implant, prosthetic and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, veneers, bridges, bonded tooth-colored fillings, bleaching, extractions and dentures.
